Berni Elbourn

  • Excellent after sales – they replaced network cards for me when the driver in current kernels regressed.

Michael Judd

  • I've bought a number of boxes from them and they have all been well put together and have good documentation.
  • They provide a standard 3 year on site warranty which they offer as they do proper testing of components before shipping to you (which does introduce a delay of a few days).

  • I prefer to buy "bricks and mortar" and like the fact that nova offer the same prices web or B+M (Reading). Not all stores do this any more.
  • The sales suit made sure I understood that the system came with a PSU and I did not need to buy one for it. IMHO it is rare when a sales bod tries to make sure the customer is not buying stuff they don't need.
  • Their bare bones systems seem to work pretty much flawlessly with the various server and desktop distros I use even if they have gone all windowy in the past year or so.

Chris Roberts

  • Mixed reports of quality of hardware.

Scan Servers, PCs, peripherals

Keith Edmunds

  • I stopped using them the second time I had to resort to issuing a summons against them to resolve issues (they settled out of court both times).

"ot12345"

  • Seriously ugly postage charges for small orders.
  • WWW site sucks a bit as well. Firefox gives an error console when attempting to add stuff to my "basket", though does accept it. Opera plays this real fun game of hide and seek with a popup window when I click the "Buy!" button. Works fine for me on Internet Explorer though!!!!
Worldspan Communications Storage, peripherals, backup

  • The "guarantee" of next day delivery does not actually mean anything. That said, next day is usually achieved.
